We aim to provide a fast and reliable delivery service across South Africa using The Courier Guy (www.thecourierguy.co.za) as our trusted courier partner.

Order Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are dispatched from Cape Town.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, allowing you to track your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service availability. Typical delivery timelines are as follows:

• Major cities and metropolitan areas:
  Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.

• Outlying or regional areas:
  Delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier routes and accessibility.

Deliveries take place on working days only (Monday to Friday). While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier network constraints, weather conditions, or regional access limitations.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

We deliver to most locations within South Africa supported by The Courier Guy’s national courier network. Delivery availability and timelines are determined by your specific location.

All orders are fully trackable. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
